She served as a federal prosecutor with the US Department of Justice\, founded an online baby gift company in 1999 that was later acquired by Discovery\, and now runs MergeLane – a start-up accelerator based in Boulder\, Colorado that discovers and invests in exceptional women and the companies they run. \n \nKaren Rubin\, VP of Product at Quantopian: Karen is VP of Product at Quantopian\, an investment platform that enables users to build and test trading algorithms and use them to live trade through a broker. Quantopian is also the source for compelling research on the performance of women-led companies. \nHelen Adeosun\, CEO of Care Academy: Helen is the founder and CEO of Care Academy\, a start-up dedicated to professionalizing caregiving. Care Academy brings professional development to caregivers at all levels.
