The success of a company — its employees, sales force and managers — can relate back to its leader and how that individual motivates his or her team.
I learned this firsthand as a high school math teacher and basketball coach.
Back then, I was trying to motivate a team of students to be well-prepared for their futures and win state championships.
Now I’m motivating my thousands of team members to stay focused on their goals of enjoying a debt-free life of friendships and fun.
Here are three ways that I motivate my team to be successful.
