Looking for a job? Consider HubSpot, the Cambridge-based inbound sales and marketing software firm, which is apparently a better place to work thanFacebook.

That’s according to the Glassdoor 2015 Employees’ Choice Awards, a ranking of 50 companies across North America and parts of Europe.

According to Glassdoor, a California-based website where people can anonymously review places of employment, HubSpot (NYSE: HUBS) was ranked No. 4 and Facebook was ranked No. 5.

According to Glassdoor, 88 percent of reviewers would recommend HubSpot to a friend and 95 percent of reviewers approve of CEO Brian Halligan.

“We’re thrilled to be listed among some of the most well-known culture-driven companies in the country,” said Dharmesh Shah, HubSpot’s Co-founder and chief technology officer in a blog post. “Every HubSpotter is dedicated to making this a great place to work and Glassdoor’s recognition is another affirmation that the effort is working.”

The top best place to work was San Francisco-based Airbnb, but another Massachusetts-based tech firm made it on the list: Cambridge-based Internet content delivery firm Akamai Technologies (Nasdaq: AKAM).

About 80 percent of reviewers would recommend Akamai to a friend and 96 percent of reviewers approve of CEO Tom Leighton.
