Venture firm Accomplice and Diane Hessan, CEO of Startup Institute, are hosting an event to celebrate and support women tech leaders this weekend.

An exclusive two-day bootcamp called Rev Boston invites 20 women business leaders to participate in leadership training workshops.

Among the conferences and programs devoted to the lack of women and diversity of all stripes in tech’s highest ranks — such as the city’s Women’s Entrepreneurs Week held by the city of Boston this week and the “Capital W” conference hosted by the Boston Women’s Venture Summit in April — Rev is unique for its small size and exclusivity.

Earlier this year, Sheryl Sandberg and Marc Andreessen focused their attention on diversifying the boards of startups and companies and did so by hosting a two-day leadership retreat for a hand-picked group of leaders in tech who are members from under-represented groups.

“Rev is mostly an event but it’s also an award,” said Sarah Downey, director of community at Accomplice, who created the roster of participants after seeking recommendations and studying the field. The sessions will include a case study discussion by Harvard Business School Frances Frei, a session on media training, and networking sessions with venture capitalists.

Attendees at “Rev Boston” will include:

• Nancy Go, vice president of brand marketing, Wayfair
• Meghan Verena Joyce, general manager, East Coast, Uber
